1 General Terms & Conditions

Q789 may request a national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time for age verification. Withdrawals will be put on hold until the required documents are submitted. Additionally, the following individuals are not eligible to use q789:

• Q789 employees or their immediate family members.
• Users whose accounts have been previously closed by q789 are not permitted to open a new account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

7 Prohibited Activities

• Betting using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Exploiting technical errors or bugs — any such occurrence must be reported to q789 immediately.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Betting based on match fixing or insider information.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing q789 staff.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus offers.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Q789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violating any clause of the terms and conditions.
• If the information provided is found to be false or misleading.
• If suspicious or unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

Users may also close their account voluntarily. In that case, any verified balance will be returned through the support team — however, any active bonus wagering progress will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

Q789 is not liable for the following:

• Loss of bets or data due to internet connection failure.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Any loss resulting from a user sharing their own account credentials.
